Where does the registration fee go?
The bulk of registration fees go toward paying the facility usage fees. The UVA wrestling room is one of the best wrestling facilities in the nation. The remaining fees are put towards gear and other needs for the athletes.
What is CWC's relationship with UVA Wrestling? We have no official affiliation with the University of Virginia or UVA Wrestling. However, many of the UVA wrestlers are members and train with, compete for and benefit from the Cavalier Wrestling Club per NCAA rules. We use the UVA wrestling room and train under the tutelage of the UVA Coaching Staff who are all CWC coaches through USA Wrestling. Where is the UVA Wrestling Room? Onesty Hall- next door to University Hall.
